CLIENTS TESTIMONIAL

What Our Clients Are Saying

This review is long overdue. I am a seasonal multifamily investor, and I have partnered with Rebecca on many multifamily properties. "Phenomenal" is an understatement when it comes to Rebecca's performance. She gives prompt response, honest feedback and acts as my sounding board when I need some insights in the rental market. Also she has a great team of contractors and staffs to assist her operations. I couldn't ask for more from a property manager. Too bad, she cannot cover the whole NC state!

We have been using Ginger & Company for 2 years now and are very happy with them. Rebecca is amazing. She is always very responsive and guides us to make the best decisions regarding tenants and our property. I would highly recommend this company.
Lisa Krahulec
Ginger & Co. Property Management has been amazing in fulfilling our rental needs. From keeping us informed of our rental investments and tenants. To contacting neighboring properties with concerns which may have affected our property. Ginger & Co. have kept their word in keeping us in the loop, keeping us happy, and making us feel like a priority.
